JTB-150A Automatic Stickers Labeling Machine is controlled by the PLC, HMI and servo drive labeling. The machine is easy to operate and has helping function and fault indication function. It is suitable for the self-adhesive labeling of round bottles.

2、Features

2.1 The servo motor labeling structure and PLC control make sure the high speed and precision of labeling.

2.2 The labeling part uses the handle adjusting, it can also adjust for the bottles with conicity.

2.3 The individual label rolling structure makes the labeling more precise and accurate.  

2.4、The labeling module uses the imported emery, composed the drivenroller structure : good friction which ensures the stability of the labeling.

2.5 The machine uses the structure of wheels combines with feet which makes the moving of the machines easier. 

2.6 A soft polyurethane is used in the center of the labels, it is applicable to different label rolls.

2.7 An instruction note is on the machine which is convienient for the operating personnel to change the labels.
