1.2 Bottom-close Fill Head Valves to prevent drips

1.3 Servo Diving Fill Head Assembly, for bottom-up fills and height adjustment

1.4 Sanitary Product Infeed Control Valve, air-to-open, spring-to-close actuator

1.5 Intuitive and Easy-To-Use PLC Control System

1.6 Liquid volume set from operator interface

1.7 Volume flow adjustment for each filling head from touch screen.

1.8 No bottle/no fill system (insures no attempted fill of missing bottles)

1.9 Servo controlled nozzle diving motion for bottom up filling

1.10Tool less adjustments for rapid changeover

1.11 Clean product flow path (no moving parts, dead spots, gaps)

1.12 Servo pump to transfer the liquid.

4.3 Fill volume/weight adjustment for each fill head from touch screen

4.4 No bottle/no fill system (insures no attempted fill of missing bottles)

4.5 Anti-bottle backup system (prevents filling if bottles are jammed downstream)

4.6 No Product/No Fill feature, restricts operation while you change bulk tanks

4.7 Overall electronic production counter

4.8 Conveyor start/stop and speed controls (conveyor sold separately)
