How the Fruit Juice Filling Production Line Works

The fruit juice filling line operates in a seamless, linear workflow:

Bottle Unscrambling & Feeding: Empty PET or glass bottles are automatically sorted and fed into the conveyor system.

Air Rinsing: An automatic air-jet rinser removes any dust or particles from the bottles before filling, ensuring hygiene for the fruit juice product.

Rotary Lobe Pump Filling: This is the core of the fruit juice filling production line. The rotary lobe pump draws product from the supply tank and delivers it with high volumetric accuracy. This technology is superior for fruit juice as it minimizes shear and foaming, preserving the product's quality.

Servo Capping: Bottles are sealed with plastic screw caps. The capping station uses a servo-driven chuck for precise torque control, preventing leaks and overtightening.

Labeling & Coding: The fruit juice filling line concludes with an automatic labeling machine that applies front/back or wrap-around labels, followed by date/batch coding.
