Machine Introduction

This machine is controlled by computer (PLC), touch screen control panel. It is characterized by long service life, easy maintenance, stable and reliable, convenient operation, accurate measurement, fast speed. All parts in contact with the filling material are made of stainless steel. This product is widely used in daily chemical, food, agrochemical and other industries.

Why We Choose The Lobe Pump Filling Type

Lobe pump has two or three lobes on each shaft. The lobes nearly touch each other in the center,forming a tight seal. They also nearly touch the casing. As the lobes rotate they move fluid around the outer edge of the pump to the discharge port.

The structure of the lobe pump is simple, no dead angle, easy to clean. It has the high hygiene level, the contact part of the material is 316L material.The output of this type of pump pulsates more than a gear pump because there are fewer teeth.

This lobe pump is well suited to move liquid products such as gel, oil or liquid with large particulates such as salsa, tomato pastes, and whole fruit. This pump is easy to sanitize as the contact parts are stainless steel.
