JLF series filling machine adopts high-precision rotor lobe pump to measure the liquid capacity. Each pump is driven by a servo motor, with a wide filling range and high filling accuracy. The equipment has a simple structure, easy operation and easy maintenance. The filling capacity is adjusted directly on the touch screen. Dipping nozzles controlled by servo motor can prevent spillage and diminish bubbles.
Main Features
1.The dose is provided by lobe pumps controlled by a touch screen display. This allows to use many dosing functions which can be very easily adjusted by the operator (preselection of volume, filling speed, filling mode, reverse mode, slow down filling etc. for each filled product).
2.Machine is equipped by pneumatically closing filling nozzles to prevent dripping.
3.The main advantage of this machine is very easy and fast cleaning and so it can be ready for filling of another product very quickly. Lobe pump is easy dismounted and cleaned.
4.Photocell sensors.
