What is an Overflow Filling Machine?

An overflow filling machine operates on a distinctive principle designed to achieve uniform liquid levels across containers, rather than dispensing a fixed volume or weight of product. It employs specialized nozzles that descend into each bottle, forming a seal at the opening. Liquid flows continuously into the container until it reaches a predetermined height, at which point any excess product is diverted through an overflow channel back into a central holding tank for recirculation. This mechanism ensures every bottle is filled to an identical level, even if individual containers have slight variations in internal volume.


This fill-to-level approach offers significant benefits, particularly for products where visual presentation is crucial. The operation panel integrates all functions such as touch screen and operation buttons, governor, etc., which makes it easy to adjust each parameter.

The bottle clamp function, and the anti-drip collection tank function can all be quickly positioned and adjusted with the hand wheel.The conical stainless steel hopper and centrifugal pump are fixed on a removable stainless steel platform for easy movement and cleaning. The centrifugal pump is protected by a waterproof cover. The speed of the centrifugal pump is controlled by a frequency converter.
