Equipment introduction

This linear capping machine integrates bottle feeding, capping, cap arranging, capping, and bottle discharging. There is no damage to the bottle cap during the capping process, and the capping efficiency is high. single head capping machine is equipped with automatic pause without cap and automatic start with cap; at the same time, bottles with damaged caps and no aluminum foil can be rejected. The whole single head capping machine adopts advanced control technology, the organic combination of touch screen, programmable controller and servo motor, fast product upgrade and adjustment, only need to input the relevant parameter settings in the touch screen to adjust quickly, which greatly improves the production efficiency .

This linear capping machine model is suitable for linear servo capping of bottles within 5L.

Both the capping motor and the capping claw lift motor are servo motors. The capping torque can be set and adjusted through the touch screen. Set the lift servo parameters according to the height of the bottle.

The cover belt conveyor line can adjust the corresponding bracket according to the width and thickness of the cover. Equipped with photoelectric detection, it can automatically control the operation and stop of the cap organizer.
