Apply Filling Method: Rotary lobe pump filling system
Servo motor drives high-precision stainless steel rotor pump for filling. No vulnerable parts, filling capacity can be adjusted on the touch screen. The filling accuracy can reach ± 0.3%.
Automatic filling and capping machine apply two stage filling theory to prevent liquid spilling during filling process.

Capping System
Capping method is based on cap material and shape which is flexible.Capping head can be changeover by different types, such as screwing type or squeeze type(for ROPP aluminum cap).
Automatic filling and capping machine cap in-feed hopper is also available for various sizes of caps as optional device.
Tool-free design limit different products switch over time, increase high efficient producing capacity.
